Fore Deck Area-- 35 lb Danforth, 30 ft chain, 130 ft rode. 40 lb Plow, 200 ft chain. Salt water wash down. Tigress heavy duty Windlass with foot controls on deck, in pilot house, and on Bridge. 110 volt plug in. Entire Bow Sprit area Blue Cover. All necessary tackle for securing Anchors.
Teak Side Decks--- All in great shape, all 4 deck fills rebeded. All scuppers clean carrying water down and out, not over sides. All Stanton's sanded and sprayed. Windows All have white window shades. Fiberglass hull and cabin sides very good condition. - - Aft cockpit teak also very good condition. Two sets of hawse holes port and Stbd, extras added. Heavy transom door to swim platform and swim ladder, hot and cold shower in cockpit, duplicate 120 hook up to one forward, two large deck lifts to storage below, 12 volt also available, custom built stainless frame over entire aft deck, blue canvas cover. Fly Bridge Area--- Canister 5 Man Life Raft Self Inflating, Stereo system with Speakers, Auto P, 12 in GPS, Bow Thruster Controls, All duplicate systems found in Pilot House. Stainless Safety Side Rails, Teak Flooring exc condition, New Cushions, Blue Bimini over Bridge, New Spotlight, cover for all instruments. Full Blue Wind Cover around Bridge. Life Ring, Propane Tanks under Port Seats, VHF Radio. GPS and Benmar Auto P must be activated in Pilot H.
Main Salon ---- all Windows with screens, rebuilt Holding Plate Refrigeration, Propane 3 burner stove with oven, Espar Diesel Heater Controls, Air Conditioning Controller, 2 Bilge Pumps one auto, one manual. VHS Radio and GPS combined. All 3 forward Windows open. Port settee converts to double bed. Hatch and doors privatize forward cabin. Forward 3 Windows have Blue snap on covers. All toe and other rails have custom protective blue covers.

Tankage 110 gal, heater 10 gal, all excrement to pump out, to holding tank, and over board is macerated with new pump. Water gage available in main cabin. Engine and bilge area---- Engine, Ford Lehman, 135 hp, 2,590 hours, new transmission 2019, oil pump out on engine, both heat exchangers replaced, new starting Battery 22, max RPM 2,600, cruising rpm 1600 to 1700- 9 mi per hr., 2.2 gal p hr, Two tanks 253 gal total, sight gauges on tanks. Two separate filters on engine, two Racors with sediment gage and ability to switch filters while under way. Two batteries in battery boxes. One 3 years old, one new in 23. Solar rectifier on aft bulkhead. All filters and Sea Cocks clearly visible. .
